A cart of wine is taken from the sheriff’s men by Robin Hood and Little John. The wine is normally a big take but learning of a visit by Prince John becomes an even more important take. With the region of Nottingham suffering, Robin Hood helps Sir Richard of the Lea with supplies for the incoming prince’s entourage. A scheming runaway soldier finds out the secrets of Sir Richard and Marian’s connections. He blackmails Sir Richard with evidence of his friendship with Robin Hood and threatens to sell this information to the Sheriff of Nottingham. Robin has a trick up his sleeve for the blackmailer which will turn the tables on his game.
Personal Synopsis
A tale of blackmail, a crime of opportunity and a witty outlaw. The rouge Lukas stumbles upon a great opportunity as Sir Richard and Robin Hood are seen together. He attempts to blackmail Sir Richard and finds himself in a trick play by Robin Hood. This will caste suspicion on the Sheriff’s devotion to Prince John.
