An old flame is in trouble. Gene flies off to Beirut to find out the mystery of someone he used to be close to. He finds a hostile environment waiting for him and a series of lies that peaks his interest to keep on digging. When he finally sees Magda, he soon realizes that she may be in greater trouble than he is. Nessim is Magdas’ partner and also the head of a crime syndicate and has become extremely jealous with her recent attention in Gene. Come to find out that Nessims attention in Gene and Magda is not just because of their old relationship. Now, Gene’s luck may have run out with Magda and Nessim.
Personal Synopsis
Love Always, Magda is an episode I can get behind. It has a number of aspects that make it a fun watch, like an exotic location, cool suited criminals and cricket references. This love story between two spies shows the difficulty there must be between people who care about each other and care about their work. In fact it just doesn’t seem to work. Kieron Moore is one of my all-time favorite ITC TV show regulars and he does a decent job playing the head of a crime syndicate.
