A retired Nato General is stuck on a yacht sick and in bed. Mr Parminter believes this sickness is not just a simple occurrence and could be caused due to information the General knows about Nato. The yacht is owned by the husband of an old acting partner of Gene’s so he is ask to investigate the situation. On the Yacht is a doctor and a nurse who are vigilantly watching over the General and his recovery. The General is found to be drugged intentionally in order for the General to spill the beans on military secrets for an unknown organization. Gene and his nurse will be stuck between a jealous husband and the suspicious medical staff on the yacht. Options are limited so there only way out is the Gene Bradley way.
Personal Synopsis
Mr. Parminter needs Gene Bradley’s help particularly in light of the potential release of confidential information. Not a clever plot but nonetheless it involves a boat and a scheming doctor and nurse. The jealous husband is played by Richard Marner, know as a russian character actor in ITC shows and more famously as Colonel Von Strohm in the television series ‘Allo ‘Allo! The rest of the episode is not a dramatic masterpiece but I find I usually enjoy episode plots with both land and sea locations. The ambulance trick was a great touch. So I can say I enjoyed this episode but do not expect much.
