The Protectors Season 2 Episode 12: Decoy

The Protectors_Decoy Title Shot 2

Jerry Butler is in Venice and in trouble. Someone is trying to kill him and it may have something to do with diamonds. It was evident that this danger was real especially when Harry has to see Jerry in the morgue.  Harry is tempted in to seeking out more information on Jerry’s danger and finds himself in his own danger. For security Harry brought along the Contessa who has to investigate the case since the whereabouts of Harry is unknown. Clues point the Contessa to a club where a man named Nick Archer was seen. Archer was Jerry Butlers partner and the coincidences are far too obvious.

Personal Synopsis

Another Venice episode, for budgeting sake I’m sure. This story starts with the hope of a classic diamond heist where the thieves are older and now hope to capitalize off the heist but ends with a somewhat difficult storyline to follow. I still love to see Venice, however for me the scenery was far more fulfilling that the story. Jerry gets killed by an old partner and somehow the police know something they aren’t telling us. I will have to leave this to you to decide.
