Sir Lancelot is mentoring a young man ,Cedric, in the ways of the knights. His betrothed’s father is taken by a fierce knight named Torwald, who lives in the Black Castle. Young love has made Cedric lose his wits and is off to fight Torwald, whom he is no match for. Torwald’s crossbowman attempts to kill Sir Lancelot but was too slow, so Lancelot demands satisfaction. Lancelot is tricked into believing that he was fighting Torwald but it was a paid fighter. Redemption is needed, Torwald will need to prove his strength and honour as a knight. Cedric will step up to take on the challenge.
Personal Synopsis
Another episode of a gallant knight redeeming the wills of a lady. This is a fun but goofy episode that is a nice side story to the adventures of camelot. There is a funny scene when the Welshman comes into the castle with a deer on his shoulders, I’m reminded on Monty Python when I watch this episode. Hooray!!
